Question: How are we able to give away cash, and other gifts to the members?

Each offer carries a value, in dollars, that you receive by completing it. These offers range from low-rate credit cards to free trials from various websites & Internet service providers, and everything in between. Your account center will track the Points you earn.
As you browse our "Rewards" pages, you'll see that each gift has a dollar value attached. When you have earned the number of dollars required for the gift you want, simply select it, and we take it from there. Simple as that! Your gift(s) will arrive in your mailbox, compliments of ThriftyFox.com. There is no limit to the number of gifts you can earn, we are constantly adding new partner offers!
Question: Do I have to pay shipping & handling, or any processing fees, on my free gifts?
Answer: Nope, Never! All gifts, whether it's a gift card, or huge stereo system, are shipped to you at no cost!
Question: How long does it take for my free gift to arrive?
Answer: Once you redeem your points for the free gift of your choice, it will arrive within 7-10 days!
Question: Can I have more than one account, or complete the same offer multiple times?
Answer: No. Each individual is allowed only one account. If you have other family members who are interested, they are welcome to open an account as well, but all duplicate accounts will be deleted.
You may not complete any individual offer (free trial, sample, survey, etc..) more than once, unless otherwise stated in the offer description. Violators of this will result in the deletion of your account.
Question: I completed an offer and my account center is not reflecting it...where are my points?
Answer: Some offers take up to two weeks to be credited to your account. Once the offer is completed, we must await confirmation from the advertiser before crediting you. Some offers appear instantly in your account, while others may take up to two weeks. If, after two weeks, you haven’t received credit for a completed offer, let us know and we’ll look into it.
